Welcome to my web site. My name is Simon
Morley-Smith. Like a lot of folk living in Cumbria where I
come from, I tend not to use ten words when three will do,
so let me explain briefly about my background, and the horse
racing service I provide.
I have many years experience in and around
the racing industry. I come from a farming background
originally, but I've held influential jobs at a couple of race courses
here in the north-west, also a lengthy spell with one of the
more successful racing stables, and latterly as a bloodstock
agent. I've been semi-retired for several years, but still
very much involved with racing through my tipster service

My telephone tipster-line ran for nearly
sixteen years from 1990, and it's only within the past year that I have
switched to operate the service solely on the internet.
After much persuasion from my son, I eventually hired
someone to create me a web site. I must confess that as
someone who has been reluctant to use a computer in the
past, and relied for years upon direct mail, I
am very happy to do my bit for the planet by embracing
technology. Now I have done away with wasteful 'junk mail'
leaflets, and I do most of my marketing by email.
